Story Retreat
A narrative-focused retreat centered on trauma care, where participants engage one core story through guided writing, small-group sharing, and reflective practices rooted in safety and care.
Story Integration Retreat
A retreat for preparing to enter your story work, integrating previous story work, or tending what you have been exploring through therapy or journaling. Through creative and reflective practices participants find places in their story where love wants to return and sacred wholeness can be reclaimed.

Absolutely! You are welcome to join as many sessions as you feel would benefit your healing journey.
