Want to join a story group?
A story group is a small, guided gathering of 6-8 participants who engage their childhood stories of harm and loss through curiosity, honesty, and kindness.
In this sacred space, you are invited to write and share a childhood story, to listen deeply to the stories of others, and to reflect on how your experiences have shaped the way you see yourself, God, and the world.
As a Narrative-Focused Trauma Coach, I offer guidance that helps uncover patterns of shame and survival within your story. Together, we name the impact of harm while opening space for redemption and restoration to take root.
